After a free estimation of your property we will, take care of its sale. The estimate will take into account the macro and micro economic situation, our experience and our knowledge of the prices for equivalent properties, and all this in a total transparency towards the client but with a great opacity towards the other actors of the Monegasque real estate market. From the first visit of the property to the signature at the notary's office, our experience allows us to offer a service without unexpected events. 

As far as the purchase is concerned, once the first contacts have been established and the objectives defined, we offer our clients not only the products that we have exclusively in our agency but also the opening on the whole Monegasque market, in our capacity as your representative. We will allow you to use all our knowledge to make your purchase at the best possible price.

Management

Our services include complete management mandates : finding the client, choosing the tenant with the owner, drafting the different leases, the inventory of fixtures at the beginning and at the end of the lease without any outside intervention, payment of the charges to the syndics, drafting of the calls and rent receipts, almost immediate payment of the rents to the bank account of the principal. 

Syndicate of co owner 

Our agency proposes a service of syndicate of co owner, bringing modernity in the management of the buildings, by our knowledge and experience in this field. The total transparency in the management of buildings is our signature. 
 
The agency takes care today of more than 40 buildings in the principality, located for the majority in the districts of Condamine and Rocher.  For nearly 40 years, no co-ownership has ever questioned the management carried out. Our services have systematically brought satisfaction to the co-owners who have always been loyal to us.
 
Being the representative of the syndicate of co-owners brings with it a great responsibility to satisfy the majority of the co-owners. Beyond a formal contract, reciprocal trust is essential. This is why we only solicit annual and not triennial mandates, like some of the Syndics in the Principality.
 
Since 2007, the Law on Condominiums has finally imposed a framework and a legal framework, allowing each co-owner to have access to information. The next adjustments of this law will continue to impose transparency and full information on the life of the condominium, thus moving towards a more professional, efficient and respectful management of the rights of everyone.
